Yiannis was already waiting for us with the car when we came out of the airport. All neccessary paperwork was done quickly and communication was great. Our VW "Up" was clean and in great condition! The car ran smoothly for us and we found it to be a well maintained vehicle. Returing the car was really easy as well. We just had to let Yiannis know where we would be an hour in advance and could park the car close to our accommodation in Rhodes Town. We only had to share our location with him and he was there in no time to pick up the car, no drama , no fuss just friendly and hyped we had a good time.

We had booked a car with another company but after reading the reviews we quickly changed our mind and called Colossos early in the morning to arrange for a car for 3 days. Within 1 hour he came to the airport with a clean car for us. We never felt unsafe or hesitant. Upon leaving the car, we brought it to the parking of airport and he came to get it, so we could just walk into the departure hall.

Hired a good, reliable car from Colossos in June. Service was outstanding. Yanis met us at the port even after I had missed a previous message from him. He explained details about the car, gave us tips about driving and the highlights of Rhodes and even helped us in finding our way to our accommodation when we returned the car.
What more can be said. I followed the comments. I was not deceived. Very efficient agency. As soon as he arrived, Yiannis was there with a very nice WV UP. Reception of the vehicle in 5 minutes. With Yiannis you immediately feel like you're on vacation, humor and advice to get your stay off to a good start. (provision of a map of the island) The same on the way back. I recommend!
I recently rented a small Volkswagen from their agency and I am extremely satisfied with my experience. After comparing prices, I found that they were the cheapest on the market. Additionally, they do not require a deposit, which is a considerable advantage. The staff are exceptional, especially the gentleman who looked after me. He was available, punctual and very helpful. After returning the vehicle, I realized that I had left a personal item inside. Yiannis quickly found a solution to get it back, which was a huge relief to me.

We were met by Yianni at the airport. He was helpful and spent the time outlining the cars features and functions and gave us some helpful information about Rhodes and “must see “places. The whole experience was stress free compared to to other car rental companies who wanted an exorbitant amount of money as security against the rental. We were able to leave the car keys with the hotel receptionist and they picked up the car from there!

Excellent company. Yianni was so easy to contact and delightful. I was conscious I was a pain as I booked the car about 8 months ago, then last minute a friend decided to join me from Greece with her car. I ended up delaying my car hire by two days but Colossos were flexible and accommodating. They delivered the car to my hotel and I was able to deliver it back to the airport where Yianni was ready and waiting for me and even helped with our bags. Their website contains points of interest with Google map links which was helpful. Thank you so much.

The best car hire experience I've ever had. Kristina was very friendly and thorough for our car hand over just outside of the walls of old town. They were also really flexible for our drop off date. It was also excellent value for money. I love the fact that you know exactly what you're paying for and you don't have some nasty salesman trying to scam a credit card deposit out of you or overinflated Damage Waver Policy. Fantastic service, would thoroughly recommend. We rented a VW Beetle which was extremely clean when we collected it. The lady at the desk was very pleasant and helpful in giving recommendations for where to visit around the island. We unfortunately got a puncture, however, we received a response straight away when we contacted the company over the last phone. They even double checked that we were ok and back on our way. Very reliable and no unexpected add-ons at the end. Thank you so much!

Whenever I had a question I got an answer literally immediately. Just after landing in the Rhodes, car was waiting in the parking lot. It was in very well condition, everything worked fine along with the AC, which is very important to me. Drop-off was outside working hours because we had very early flight but it wasn't a problem at all. I strongly recommend that company!

We had an excellent experience renting a car for a week. We were able to get the car at the airport and also drop it at the airport with Someone to receive it. The team was immediatly available when we had some questions. Overall great experience and a team with a great customiser service!
